Occasionally, it may be necessary to send your EEG device back for repairs. To help this process proceed more smoothly, this is an overview of what to expect.

1. Contact us to let us know you have a device (amp, etc) that isn't working right. The most important step is to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will label your package with this number. You can request the RMA number by completing the form found here: http://sesurl.com/rma. You can let us know you submitted a request by writing an email to repairs@sesig.net.
2. Package and insure the amplifier or other device securely. You will pay shipping and insurance. When you send your amp, please remember that shipping takes time.
3. We'll communicate to you what we've found. If it's a simple fix, we usually do it no charge. If it's complex, we'll either ask you to approve a repair, or if the amp is old, we'll suggest replacing it.
4. When you know any charges for the repair process, you'll approve or deny the repair estimate. We won't begin the work until you give your approval or make the appropriate deposit, as necessary. Your device may still be under warranty, in which case charges won't apply.
5. If you depend on your EEG device, please make other arrangements while your amp or EEG device is gone. We try to be speedy and thorough, but sometimes we get slammed. Although it won't usually be this long, be aware that can sometimes take a week for us to get back to you on a repair schedule, and expect a month for us to send your equipment back, depending on what's wrong. If it looks that it may take a little while, we will do our best to stay in communication with you about what's happening.
